Located around TOULOUSE (31 France), the STUDIO DE LA TRAPPE was created in association with the aim of allowing  artists and bands to access high-end SOUND RECORDING, MIXING and MASTERING resources, open to creativity and adapted to everyone’s budget.

In order to benefit from the practical side of digital editing, the studio is also equipped with a PROTOOLS HD10 station running on Mac Pro 5.1 2020, 12 Core 3.46Ghz / 96Go RAM/, which can be synchronized with other devices.

Recording, mixing and mastering of an album, a demo, through self-production sound recordings, artists who do not have large production budgets can join in order to benefit from the advantageous rates of the association.

We can also carry out ReAMPING, by processing your sound files with our equipment, microphones, peripherals and tape recorders.

Recording, mixing and mastering of all albums productions, demos, including self-production sound recordings, artists can join in order to benefit from the association’s advantageous rates.

More specialized in Rock, Pop, Punk, Reggae, Ska, Blues, Funk, the sound of the different pieces corresponds equally well to purely acoustic recordings of the Trad, Jazz, Chanson style, knowing that the work of mixing and mastering or transfer of mix on tape, suitable for any style such as Hip-Hop / Rap, Metal and all diverse and varied world music…

With the same perspective, the studio was designed to favor live takes, in order to capture the emotion of the moment, knowing that all the elements can be isolated and can be reworked after.

Who can do more, can do less, we can of course record the instruments one by one, as is more commonly done these days.

We remain faithful to analog recording methods, the best of vintages tapes recorders, tube and ribbon microphones, preampsand  processing outboard,   whether in sound recording, mixing, transfer to tape, reamping and mastering.

Also the studio works in collaboration with the Esperantist label VINILKOSMO throughout the world for these productions.

The studio is 62 m² in total, including:
the 20 M² control room
the main room of 25 M²
two cabs of 7 and 5M²
a 5m2 wired corridor.
The studio was built designed for optimum acoustics.
The parquet flooring is on a floating slab, double partitions, no parallel walls,
all air-conditioned.

A rest room is available adjoining the studio:
