Optical Stereo Tube Compressor Anthony Demaria Labs Stereo Tube C/L 1500 More than 40 years since the reissue of the Teletronix LA-2A tube compressor and electric photocell, Antony Demaria Labs version, is on the market.

In the 1990s the C/L1000 was truly the almost official replacement for Universal Audio’s Teletronic LA2a. Even if the sound is slightly different, a little more open, the C/L1500 has become a reference to the point where it is said that studios wanting to work with Californian labels absolutely had to have an ADL CL1000 (Mono version).

The ADL C/L1500 is the stereo version of the LA2A clone. A clear, punchy and warm sound with its eight tubes! A versatile “invisible” compression, excellent for vocals, acoustic guitars or strings.
